A. Philip Lomonaco
About Our Firm

Mr. Lomonaco is a trial attorney and is in court almost every morning. He schedules office appointments most afternoons. Please call his office during working hours and his secretary will set an appointment. If you call during non-working hours, the call will ring on Mr. Lomonaco's cell phone and, if he does not answer, you can leave a message. You may also e-mail Mr. Lomonaco as he checks and responds to his e-mail on a daily basis.

Mr. Lomonaco has law clerks that assist him on certain cases. They are billed at an hourly rate. The rate is less than that charged by Mr. Lomonaco and results in savings to his clients on routine matters that can be done by a law clerk instead of an attorney.

Mr. Lomonaco has represented the leader of the largest criminal RICO conspiracy organization ever prosecuted in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. Mr. Lomonaco has also defended cases involving the defense of bank fraud including the representation of the owner of the Southern Industrial Banking Corporation involved with charges of criminal conspiracy involving several lawyers and a U.S. Congressman. The case started in the Eastern District of Tennessee and was transferred and prosecuted in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. None of the defendants were found guilty.
